You can cancel your order within 12 hours after placing it, as we start processing orders quickly. After that, cancellation is no longer possible.

You can still return your order within 30 days after receiving it. Once you cancel (within the 12-hour window) or return your item, you then have another 30 days to send the product back to us.

You can only return the item if: 

● The return period has not yet expired; 

● The product is in its original packaging and all labels are still attached;

● The product has not been used. 

Once we receive your return in good condition, we will refund the full order amount. Please note that the cost of returning the item from your home to our store is at your own expense.

We accept payments via Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Visa, Apple Pay and Google Pay. If you are unsure whether your payment  method is accepted, follow the steps on the payment page to view all available options. 

All transactions are processed through secure and reliable payment systems and  are therefore 100% safe. 

When you order something from Luzora, the delivery time may be different than what you are used to. Because our products are shipped directly from  our suppliers, we can save significantly on storage and transport costs. This enables us to offer our products at such competitive prices. 

Processing time and transit time: Order processing time: 1–3 business days, processed Monday through Friday. Transit time: 4–12 business days, shipped Monday through Friday.

Shipping is always free on all orders, no matter the order value or location.

Once your order is placed, we’ll process and ship it at no additional cost to you. There are no hidden shipping fees at checkout.

Please note that if you decide to return an item, the return shipping costs are at your own expense.
