What is the delivery time for my order?

When you order from Luzora, delivery times may be a little different from what you may be used to. Because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we are able to save significantly on storage and transportation costs. This allows us to offer our products at very competitive prices.

All shipments are sent free of charge with tracking numbers via well-known and reliable shipping companies within the USA, such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS. 

Processing time and transit time: Order processing time: 1–3 business days, processed Monday through Friday. Transit time: 4–12 business days, shipped Monday through Friday.

What should I do if I haven’t received my order yet?

Due to high demand for our products, your order may occasionally arrive slightly later than expected. We appreciate your understanding.

If this period has passed and you still have not received anything, please email info@luzorawear.com and we will investigate what is happening with your package.

I want to exchange or return my order — how do I do that?

To make a return, simply contact our customer support at info@luzorawear.com. Include:

  • Your name

  • Order number (for example #0000) from your confirmation email

  • Reason for the return

We will provide you with the return address and confirm your return. After that, you can ship the product back to us using a carrier of your choice.

What are the return costs?

Unfortunately, return shipping costs are at your own expense. Costs depend on the carrier you choose. Please consult the website of your selected shipping carrier for pricing information.

What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?

There is always a 30-day return period, starting from the day you receive the item. However, conditions apply.

You may only return an item if:

  • The return period has not expired

  • The product is in its original packaging and all labels are still attached

  • The product has not been used

What payment methods can I use?

We accept payments through Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Visa, Apple Pay and Google Pay.If you are unsure whether your payment method is accepted, follow the steps on the payment page to view all available options.

All transactions are processed through secure and reliable payment systems and are therefore 100% secure.

What if I did not receive an order confirmation email?

That should not happen. Please send an email with your full name and email address to info@luzorawear.com, and we’ll help you quickly.

Can I cancel my order?

Would you like to cancel your order for any reason? Please send an email as soon as possible to info@luzorawear.com.
